Personal License: The 3D assets you purchase are licensed only to you. You are not allowed to redistribute, resell, or transfer the assets or parts of it as is or modified.
Commercial License: You can use the items commercially only if you buy the commercial license. However you can sell modified versions ONLY if it is a part of a package as long as you've purchased the Commercial License.
The package or items ALONE cannot be re-sold/shared.
Ownership: I retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the assets you purchase. You may not claim any ownership or authorship of the assets.
Modifications: You may modify the assets to suit your needs, but you may not distribute or sell modified versions of the assets on its own.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
